We provide the best solution for your coating needs. Recently we have started new coating process - AUTOPHORETIC® COATING. This technology is developed by HENKEL SURFACE TECHNOLOGIES and is widely used in industries for superior corrosion protection.

(2). Reaction between water based latex paint and metallic surface
(3). Applied by immersion coating method to clean surfaces
(4). This coating gives good uniform film thickness and excellent adhesion
(5). Thickness is controlled from 15 - 25 microns
(6). Salt spray test pass more than 600 hrs. against 50-60 hrs. of zinc plating
(7). Good pencil hardness 4H - 5H+
(8). This coating is 10 times better than Phosphating and Zinc Plating and offers upto 5 years life.

(10). Can be used as a final coat or as a primer to do top coat
